Our goal is to treat you the way we would like to be treated.
1. Food Products with the tamper proof seal intact, can be returned within 7-days of delivery. Verification of delivery is determined by the shipper. You need to send us an email to request a return authorization.
2. Opened Food Products with the tamper proof seal removed, cannot be returned.
3. Incorrect Orders if our inefficiency was running rampant, send us an email within 7-days of receipt and we will immediately send you the correct order. Day of receipt is verified by the shipper.
4. Wrong Address this is a good one, if you gave us an address that was close but not exactly where you live, then someone else is going to enjoy your good taste in food. You have 14-days to send us an email. If our internal gremlins were at fault, we will immediately ship to the correct address.
5. Damaged Stuff if the shipper is careless and damages your stuff, send us an email within 2-days of receipt and we will immediately replace the mess. The shipper will be able to verify damage at the time of delivery.
6. Out Of It if this happens we will let you know by email and you can decide if you want us to cancel, ship what we have or best for us, wait a few minutes until we can find it and we’ll send you a free surprise.
7. Undeliverable if by chance you shipped to an address other than yours and the shipper cannot deliver and we get word of this terrible problem, we’ll check to see if we blew it. If not, we’ll send you an email and you can decide if you want to try again and pay the shipping & handling charges to make someone happy.
